A1: When this power station is used as a balcony PV power stationit stores energy from solar panels in the power station. It can also connect to the grid to provide powver to the household, helping users save on electricity bills.

Q2: Why does it stop working when the battery capacity drops to 3%?

A2: To protect battery performance, when the battery capacity is< 5%, AC output will be off in off-grid mode. When the battery capacity is ≤ 3%, DC & USB outpuits will be off in off-grid mode. When the battery capacity is ≤ 10%, the on-grid output will be turned off in on-grid mode.

Q3: Which solar panels can match the power station?

A3: This product has an input operating voltage range of 18-145V, arid you can freely combine solar panels based on your requirements and the installation area's size. Note: No matter how many solar panels are connected in series, the total open-circuit voltage must be less than 145V

Q4: Why is there sound during use or charging?

A4: This product has an intelligent temperature control system. Built-in fans help the product to cool better and ensure safe usage, so slight noise is normal during use or charging.

Q5: Can I charge this power station while a device is pluugged in?

A5: This depends on the mode.
In off-grid mode, the device supports charging and discharging simultaneously, allowing you to charge other devices while charging this power station.
In grid-connected mode, the AC charging function and the grid-connected function cannot be used
simultaneously because the input and output connections use the same port.

Q6: Can it be used to jump-start a car?

A6: No, it cannot be used to jump-start a vehicle. However, it can be used as a power supply for automobiles. You can recharge the car via a power supply cord, which is available for purchase separately.

Q7: Why does the output for low-power devices automatically turn off after a period of time?

A7: This is to avoid battery consumption from forgetting to turn off the output. The standby time and output power can be set in the App. If the detected inverter output power continuously remains s the set ECO power during the set ECO time, the system will automatically enter inverter standby mode. For example, if the ECO power is set to 5W and the time is set to 5 minutes, the system will automatically enter inverter standby mode when the AC output power continuously remains ≤ 5W for 5 minutes. If the detected output power of the DC and USB ports continuously remains ≤ 3W during the set time, the system will automatically turn off the DC and USB switches. For example, if the time is set to 1 hour, the system will automatically turn off the USB or DC switch when the output power of the USB or DC port continuously remains ≤ 3W for 1 hour.
